1. Services Provided

The Service Provider offers the following services:

• Professional photography (event, commercial, portrait, etc.)

• Filmmaking (advertisements, short films, promotional videos, etc.)

• Marketing management (social media, content creation, strategy planning, etc.)

Specific details of the services, including scope, deliverables, and deadlines, will be outlined in a separate contract or proposal.

2. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking.

• Full payment must be completed before final delivery of any content.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.

• Late payments may incur additional fees of 5% per month.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 2 days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled date may result in a cancellation fee.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund or rescheduling.

4. Rights and Usage

• The Service Provider retains copyright to all original photographs, videos, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Clients receive a license to use the delivered materials for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the contract.

• Any unauthorized reproduction, editing, or resale of the content is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

• The Service Provider agrees to keep all client information confidential.

• Clients must obtain necessary permissions for any third-party appearances in photos or videos.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to use content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Liability and Indemnity

• The Service Provider will take reasonable care in providing services but is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment failure, data loss).

• The client agrees to indemnify the Service Provider against any legal claims arising from the use of the provided content.

7. Revisions and Modifications

• The client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions.

• Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

• Requests for modifications must be made within one week after delivery.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will first be resolved through direct negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation/arbitration in [jurisdiction].

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Slovakia.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
